Yemi Oni – (Executive Manager, Voice Services)
Yemi has been involved in the telecommunication industry for the last seven years. He is a specialist in the management and direction of voice information on legacy TDM networks and next generation systems.
After completing his BSc honours in computer science, he then moved on to finish his MSC in telecommunications at Wits University where his research provided application service providers with the ability to easily create applications through a generic API based layer implemented on a NGN gateway. From 2005 to 2008 he worked as the senior telecommunications and software engineer for Isolv Technologies, a software development house specialising in telecommunication applications. He was head of development for the design and implementation of packet-based telecommunications applications for next generation telecommunication companies. Yemi joined ECN in February 2008.

- Yes, I am a member of a soccer team called killers FC. We are a bunch of wits graduates that get together to play soccer every weekend.

- The growth of the telecom sector in Africa and the adrenaline rush this brings.
